GIRL WITH ORCHIDS, a work in progress

This is the final sketch for a new portrait; it is made on drawing paper with Conté crayons, size 80 x 60 cm.

The idea is a romantic composition where the girl stares, raptured, to the beauty of her orchids.

FIRST POST! WELCOME!

Being this the first post of this blog, nothing better for heartily welcoming all future Visitors than one of my models, Crystal.
She is Brazilian, professional model, and helped me so many times in constructing my works.

The models I need for constructing the general structure of a composition sit for me until having it complete, but it is also necessary to take photographs for the final work in the studio.
